Gabriel’s passage for May 2 – 8, 2016: let the Universe do its work

This week we are asked to be cautious and prudent and to take on only those challenges we are really able to handle.

Sometimes, we get a glimpse of the future and we are so frozen by possible challenges that we stop thinking about anything else.  We obsess about things that have not occurred yet and may probably not occur at all – but just because we start searching signs of them approaching in everything that goes on we start inviting them into our lives, subconsciously making decisions that open the gates for them. Plus, we pass over “ordinary” problems that could be handled and solved successfully right now, and postpone them for for later, which will only render them more painful and less solvable at the time we decide to deal with them.

This week is such a time. For some reason, we may start feeling vulnerable. Now, it is important for us to focus on our everyday challenges and refrain from fussing around with our feeling of vulnerability. Somechallenges are that big thet we lack the power to handle them successfully at the moment. But even if we don’t notice, the Universe starts acting on our behalf, bending the situations to a level where we can handle them – if only we do not strive to control everything and make everything fit our very definite (and very limiting) expectations.  This week, we need to put away the ores and trust the current that it shall bring us to the place we need to be. We are neither as great, nor as mighty as the Universe, so let us not try assume its role. Let the Universe act on your behalf – because it will.
