Gabriel’s passage for July 11 – 17, 2016: forget about symbols and look for the essence

This week we need to be careful that we do not run after symbols but look for the substance they represent to us. Symbol is a placeholder for something that has no final form yet – money for prosperity, ring for a lifelong love and so on. If not careful, we can, eventually, backslide into a chase after symbols, instead of going for the essence the symbol represents to us. Having a pile of money, but no feeling of well-being. Going from marriage to marriage, but feeling unloved.

The problem is that symbols are visible while their essence, the thing they represent, is not – it can be only felt. Therefore this week, we need to hand over the controls to our heart and rely on our feeling, not on the tangible manifestation. It may be helpful to look at everything we do from multiple perspectives. To adjust ourselves to the situation and search not for the symbol, but for the true fulfillment of our needs. This week we should be like water and flow into every fills every crack we see, even if it does not look promising at all. Sometimes, the most plain and unimportant opportunities contain in themselves the transition to a new plane of materialization.
